The location was simply fantastic, right on the beach with beautiful sunrises. We loved that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like the Penang Botanical Gardens and Thai Pak Koong Temple. The room we stayed in had an amazing sea view, which was a delight for us and the kids. it was a bit disappointing that there were ants in the room, and the available breakfast options could have been better. we had a decent stay with our family and enjoyed our time here.

Cleanliness needs serious attention. there were noticeable stains on the bedsheets, and the bathroom felt outdated and poorly maintained. The food options at the buffet were quite limited, leaving much to be desired with diverse palates. Plus, I had an unpleasant experience when trying to check out—there were unexpected knocks on my door before the official check-out time, leading to an awkward privacy breach. The hotel's communication and service regarding room changes or requests were also less than satisfactory, creating a frustrating atmosphere during the stay.
